What is your style of photography/videography ?

My style in photography and videography is Documentary editorial, capturing moments in their purest forms.

How do you handle difficult lighting conditions or challenging environments?

I have all the lighting equipment needed to create a perfect and well balanced image and based on the project look and feel will use them to get the most of the shooting date.

What is your process for editing and delivering the final images/videos?

My process in editing starts with selection of shots / images , applying edits and fixes then sharing it with the client to approve and see if more should be done in the editing process

Do you offer packages or customizable options for different budgets?

i do offer packages and customizable options for different budgets , my job is to find solutions to your creative vision and based on what budget we have agreed upon to make sure the work is delivered on time and on budget

How far in advance do I need to book your services?

Two weeks in advance is the standard booking time in any creative project to gather enough intel and create a mood board that matches the client vision and book the models - location - extra equipment and so on

Do you have backup equipment in case of technical issues?

Yes , i Always bring multiple cameras and lighting equipment to the set of shoot just to cover for technical issue that might occur during the shooting hours

What is your policy regarding retouching or editing requests after delivery?

I do basic editing and color adjustments to the photos and extra retouching will be sent to a third party that i provide to finalize the project and be paid based on the selection of photos and type of edits needed.

How do you ensure client satisfaction throughout the process?

by ensuring that everything was discussed in detail prior to the shoot in what we expect to achieve and how long it should take to get it finalized.

What happens if there's bad weather on the day of the shoot (for outdoor events)?

The best course of action is to reschedule the shoot to a better weather condition , and that will be covered with the initial payment plan.

How do you handle privacy and confidentiality of the images/videos?

The content i produce falls under copyrighted material and handled in ultimate privacy until the agreement is set between parties to release and share the content online.

Are there any additional costs or fees that I should be aware of?

every project has approved set of hours that are counted for in the intial agreement and extra costs or fees that accur on the day of the shoot such as extra hour , extra models , more retouching and edits etc will be added accordingly.
